Our burner manufacturer is the main supporting supplier of the boiler, and the flue gas emission of the boiler mainly depends on the performance of the burner. The performance improvement of burner products is also a must.
At the end of 2015, through various efforts, our company has already achieved the NOX emission index of less than 30mg/m3 with fully premixed surface fiber burners. But we did not stop the pace of progress, through the study of the current new technology, we decided to go hand in hand with a variety of technical routes, in 2016 launched the use of FGR to achieve ultra-low nitrogen. Through the continuous efforts of technicians, many tests and repeated verification, by the end of August, our FGR ultra-low nitrogen burner was finally successfully developed, and the prototype has passed the new product type certification of China Special Inspection Institute and obtained the market access certificate.
The most gratifying thing is that once our new products are launched, they are immediately recognized by the market. Now several products have been sold to the Beijing market, contributing to the country's energy conservation and emission reduction.

FGR refers to the reduction of NO generated in the combustion process through flue gas recirculation.XContent. Studies have confirmed that the reduction of combustion temperature can be achieved by adding flue gas to the flame area, and the added flue gas absorbs part of the heat to reduce the combustion temperature. The test shows that our FGR burner only needs about 10% of the recirculated flue gas to make NO in the flue gas emission.XReduced to 30mg/m3. So the combustion condition is very stable and reliable.
