Recently, our company's 24MW ultra-low nitrogen gas burner was successfully applied to the new steam boiler of Shenneng Group Shanghai Zhangjiang Thermal Power Company. The company is equipped with a real-time monitoring system for flue gas emissions. The monitoring results show that under the condition of ensuring the best combustion efficiency, the NOX emissions in flue gas are all lower than 60mg/Nm3 (when the oxygen content is 3%). This product high-performance, ultra-low emission indicators have been well received by users.
It is reported that this is a low nitrogen burner with ultra-low emission for Shanghai's famous high-power 40-ton boiler. After careful screening and comparison, the customer selected Lingyun Haomade (hofamat) brand, which is based on the excellent performance of Lingyun Haomade (hofamat) ultra-low nitrogen burner in Beijing's low nitrogen transformation market. In a short period of 4 months after September 2016, a total of nearly 600 Haomade (hofamat) low-nitrogen and ultra-low-nitrogen burners have been put into operation and successfully operated in the Beijing heating market.
