-Ji Caojing Thermal Power Low Nitrogen Transformation Project Passed the Overall Acceptance
Recently, the low nitrogen renovation project of three 110 t/h steam boilers of Shanghai Caojing Thermal Power Company, located in Jinshan, Shanghai, has been accepted as a whole. It marks that our company's ultra-low nitrogen burner has officially entered the field of fast start-up boilers in power plants. The boiler adopts a single 90MW HOFAMAT oil and gas dual-purpose ultra-low nitrogen burner, which is a leading domestic technology and is a benchmark project of our company in the power plant industry.
These three boilers are hot standby boilers, which have been in hot standby state for a long time and are combusted with oxygen enrichment. The oxygen content in the exhaust gas is as high as 17%. It is required to meet the NOx emission index when converted to 3.5 oxygen content, which means that the measured NOx is as low as almost 0. This undoubtedly adds a lot of difficulty to the transformation work. With the unremitting efforts of our technicians, after two weeks of repeated debugging, we finally successfully overcome many technical difficulties and successfully solved the problem of low nitrogen combustion under the condition of oxygen enrichment in the hot standby state. It has also accumulated experience for the low nitrogen transformation of the hot standby boiler of the same type of power station and explored a new technical route.
