On September 25, China's first aircraft carrier "Liaoning ship" was officially delivered to the navy. It is gratifying that the environmentally friendly stove burner developed by Lingyun Group Shanghai Lingyun Ruisheng Company has been successfully applied to the "Liaoning Ship"! On March 13, 2008, under the coordination of China Ordnance Industry Corporation, Lingyun Group Shanghai Lingyun Ruisheng Company undertook the development of special stove burners for naval aircraft carriers. In order to ensure timely delivery and product quality, Lingyun Group promptly deployed capable forces to form a project research team, and Chairman Li Xizeng personally served as the project leader to supervise the progress of the project and coordinate military inspections. The project team consists of Yang Gaozhan, Chen Shangbin, Fang Jiulin, Chen Guanhai, Li Yangfu, etc.
Since March 20, 2008, the members of the project team have been engaged in painstaking and meticulous research and development work. Aircraft carriers are all sea operations, heavy moisture, salt, poor natural environment. The comrades of the project team are not afraid of difficulties, actively develop closed stove burners that meet the requirements of special environments, carefully organize product structure design and parts production, and jointly conduct mold, oil mist and salt spray experiments on key parts with a research institute of China Shipbuilding Industry Corporation, and successfully complete the trial production of the prototype.
In the following more than a year, the company has invited relevant experts to review the structure, appearance and performance of the environmentally friendly stove burner, put forward opinions and suggestions, formulate improvement plans, and seriously improve and perfect the trial products. In September 2008, the improved prototype was successfully installed on the closed stove. Through testing and verification of the ignition success rate, product thermal efficiency, emission and other indicators of the burner, it successfully passed the acceptance of the project military representative, completed the evaluation and appraisal of the prototype of the overall department and the military, and signed the supply contract of the first batch of burners with a research institute of China Shipbuilding Industry Corporation in January 2009. On February 26, 2009, a research institute of China Shipbuilding Industry Corporation hosted a "stove fuel burner" process review meeting in Shanghai Lingyun Ruisheng Company. At the meeting, the military representative of a naval research institute in Shanghai carefully listened to the report of the "gas and oil burner" process documents, and inspected the equipment, personnel capabilities, and site conditions required for product production. It is believed that Shanghai Lingyun Ruisheng Company has complete review process documents and complete signatures, the process meets the technical requirements, the production site meets the production requirements of "stove fuel burner", has the production capacity of equipment, and can carry out formal production. In March 2009, this environmentally friendly burner integrating heating, bathing and cooking completed the production process and prototype acceptance. Chairman Li Xizeng repeatedly stressed when reporting the success of the prototype acceptance: "the follow-up production must be of good quality and quantity. Our seafarers work very hard to fly, and we must show the image of the enterprise with perfect products and excellent quality." In July of the same year, the product successively completed assembly, factory test and military inspection; in February 2010, the product was successfully installed and debugged on board.
On August 10, 2011, my country's first aircraft carrier "Liaoning Ship" conducted a sea voyage test for the first time; on the morning of September 25 this year, the "Liaoning Ship" was officially delivered to the navy and announced to the world.
