Under the general trend of reducing NOx emissions, our company has developed corresponding ultra-low NOx burners, mainly LNHQ02\LNHQ04\ LNHQ06\LNHQ08\LNHQ10 series integrated ultra-low nitrogen gas burners.
LNHQ series ultra-low nitrogen gas burner mainly adopts air and fuel staged combustion technology and flue gas internal recirculation technology to reduce the peak and average flame temperature and achieve the purpose of reducing NOx emissions. This series of products have passed the China Special Equipment Inspection and Research Institute. Among them, the test result of LNHQ04 ultra-low nitrogen gas burner is: when the maximum power is 3347.4kw, the emission test result is: O2：3.1%；NOx：55mg/Nm3(Converted value O2=3.0%）;co：0ppm。
